Telephone Answering Service - Image Office Services

Getting setup and started with Image Office Services is as easy as 1,2,3.

1. Send Us Your Company Information
You can use the forms below for your convenience.

Client Information Form
Microsoft Word form:  Complete form online, save the file to your PC and either
                                       send it as an attachment to admin@imageofficeservices.com,
Or                                   or print and fax it to 320-255-5495

Acrobat PDF file:  Print, fill out, and fax to 320-255-5495
 
And

Client Service Agreement

Please allow a minimum of two (2) regular business days to set up your service and to disseminate your information to and train our representatives on your account.

2. Choose A Method Of Getting Your Calls To Image Office Services  (An Image Office Services Account Number is required before you contact your telephone company.  Your Account Number will be assigned as soon as your account information is received.)

Call Transfer Method Details

Some methods are better suited to controlling how much you use the service and how much you take your own calls versus having the service take all of your calls during predefine time periods.  Please  contact us for recommendations based on your requirements.  

3. Choose Your Call Plan  Choose a call plan based on the number of calls you expect Image to receive for you in a months time and any additional services you wish to use to tailor the service to fit your specific needs.

Image Office Services bills on a per call basis, which includes one method of dispatch and fax to office.  Since our rates are generally linear, there is no significant disadvantage to paying for overcalls.  Choose a call rate lower than what you expect Image to receive for you.  If you choose too high a rate, you may end up paying for calls that you did not receive.
