Programmed Transferring
Of Your Lines to Image (Recommended) |
With today's digital telephone service, there are options for
transferring your phones to Image. Manual methods depend on someone making the
transfer at a designated time. If that transfer is not made, or made
incorrectly, your calls will not be transferred to Image.
Many telephone systems can be programmed to automatically do the transfer at a
designated time. If your phone system cannot do this, your telephone company may also offer a service to
automatically transfer your phone lines, and return them, at designated
times. If you are interested in
implementing this automatic procedure to ensure your transfers, consult with your telephone technician or
your telephone company.

Busy No
Answer |
You may arrange with your telephone provider to have your calls forwarded
to your Image Office Services phone number if your line is busy when a call
comes in, or if you do not answer by so many rings.
If you choose the Busy No Answer method, be sure not to set the number of
rings too high. For example, if you set the number of rings to 5, the
call will have rung 6 times to your caller by the time it is transferred and
rings once at Image.
